Bridgewater Place is a high end condo development in downtown New Buffalo in the middle of everything. The three story condo buildings are all different colors and are located between Whittaker and Townsend. There are over 40 units and 6 commercial spaces in the development. Driving along Lake Drive in New Buffalo you will come across a unique gated condo community, called Dunewood Condos. This complex has both Lake Michigan and New Buffalo Harbor frontage.  Not all units have garages and some of the units require navigating three flights of stairs to get to them. Amenities include a beachfront private association pool and a private 687 foot Lake Michigan shoreline beach. The standard maintenance lawn/yard care, snow removal and trash are covered with the association fee. The association has a limited amount of boat slips, but they do come available every now and then. The area has great dining both casual and fine. Being in the center of Harbor Country means that there are vineyards, shopping, casinos, golf courses and antique shops to enjoy.

Warwick Shores is located off West Water Street in New Buffalo, Michigan. This secluded gated condominium complex has over 70 Units and sits on over 40 acres. The complex has a rare private 1100 foot beach right on Lake Michigan. The only other complex in New Buffalo that has beach frontage is Dunewood Condominium. Not all of the units have lake views but those that do are breathtaking. The amenities include a pool, tennis courts and hiking trails through the 40 acre complex.

Warwick is close to all that New Buffalo has to offer and is convenient to both Chicago and South Bend.
